Technical Metadata
Our analytical infrastructure logs operational data such as IP addresses, browser variants, and interaction patterns within the Katafixv platform. This metadata is vital for maintaining system integrity and optimizing regional latency across Korean and international access points.

Processing Logic & Intent
Service Provision & Refinement
We process data to deliver the specific analytical insights requested by our clients. This includes the customization of business intelligence reports and the continuous improvement of our proprietary data algorithms. Processing is limited to the minimum necessary to fulfill these professional obligations.
Legal Compliance & Security
Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of South Korea and relevant international frameworks, we process data to prevent fraudulent access and comply with statutory reporting requirements. We do not sell or trade individual user datasets to third-party marketing entities.
Retention Cycles
Katafixv Data Insights adheres to a strict purging schedule. Once the purpose for collection is achieved, or the contract period expires, personal data is destroyed or anonymized in a manner that prevents recovery.
- Customer Records: Retained for 5 years post-contract per commercial law.
- Inquiry Data: Purged 1 year after the final communication.
- Audit Logs: Maintained for 6 months for security verification.

Correction & Erasure
Demand the immediate rectification of inaccuracies or the permanent deletion of variables no longer necessary for the original intent.
